April 2025 Rogers Corporate Invoices Delay

Due to a technical issue with the Rogers BSS portal, accessing online invoices for April 2025 has been delayed.

Physical copies of the invoices should have been sent on-time but there is an ongoing issue with the portal that Rogers IT support is currently investigating.

For the departments that have requested to go paperless, you can reach out to the care team; rbsg12@rci.rogers.com for updates. They are predicting the issue should be resolved shortly.

There should be no late payment fees generated on our accounts but if any do appear, please ask RBSG12 to remove them.
