Training for Communicator 7
For VoIP training on the Communicator 7 soft app, please visit the My Phone Training website for training guides, manuals and video tutorials for each of the different hardware models supported, as well as the different desktop/laptop models using the Communicator 7 application.
Training for Teams Phone
Microsoft Teams Phone will be the University’s new VoIP solution for making and receiving phone calls. Staff and faculty who have individual VoIP lines will be migrated to Teams Phone in a phased schedule by division/department. Once your VoIP phone line has been migrated to Teams Phone, please review the user guide for your role:
