Some VoIP users may experience the following error message when attempting to login to the Communicator 7 client:
This is the result of automated locking of accounts designed to protect against unauthorized logins. If this occurs, users will need to use the password reset option and specify a new password. This can be done by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” option on the C7 client login window and following the prompts.
